Swati Khanna is an Indian-qualified Advocate with experience across commercial litigation, arbitration, criminal trials, white-collar crime, constitutional matters, human rights litigation, civil disputes and family law. She has appeared and assisted in matters before the Delhi High Court, other High Courts across India, District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, and has worked on matters connected with proceedings before the Supreme Court of India. Her professional experience spans complex criminal litigation—including allegations involving money laundering, offences under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), sexual offences, homicide, forgery, criminal breach of trust and cheque dishonour—as well as commercial arbitration, recovery proceedings, property disputes and matrimonial matters.
